Measuring the benefit of infill development
The City of Durham’s Belt Line project has tremendous transformational potential for Downtown Durham in its continuing evolution into a great place to live, work, and play. That transformational power, however, brings a real responsibility to the community to ensure that the project benets all of Durham and will maximize social, cultural, economic, and health benefits of public and private investment along the Trail.
Urban3 has pioneered methods and tools to help cities better understand and learn more about land use, building design, and property tax productivity.
