Urban3 visualizes property value in 3D to quickly communicate information. Our work makes relative comparisons of values in downtown with property values on the periphery of a community. 3D visualization of development and property values also illustrates the spatial manifestation of public policy. 

Urban3’s analysis has helped us to evaluate projects more thoroughly with the knowledge that in the right location the higher density, multiple-story building returns revenue to the town at an exponentially higher rate than a less-dense, suburban-style development. We now look to include revenue projections into our staff reports for zoning petitions.
